Your buyer profile contains your company and contact information. Sellers see a limited version of your profile when they receive your buy requirements — primarily your company type, location, and GST verification status. A complete profile with a verified GSTIN significantly increases seller response rates, as it signals you are a legitimate business buyer.
Update Company Information
Fill in your company name, business type (Company / Trader / Consumer), and GSTIN. The GSTIN is verified in real-time against the GSTN database — a "GST Verified" badge is awarded when it is confirmed. This badge is the most important trust signal sellers see.
Add Location Details
Enter your state, city, and pincode. This helps sellers assess logistics feasibility and delivery costs before quoting. Buyers in the seller's state often receive better freight-inclusive pricing.
Verify your GSTIN
Click "Verify GST" after entering your GSTIN. The system queries the GSTN API and confirms whether your GSTIN is valid and active. Verification takes 5–10 seconds. A verified GSTIN unlocks the "Verified GST Buyer" badge on your profile and increases seller trust.
Update Contact Details
Your email and phone number are the contact details sellers receive when they reveal your lead. Keep these current — an unreachable number or wrong email means sellers cannot reach you and the lead is wasted (and you may receive a credit refund request from the seller).
Set Notification Preferences
Choose how you want to receive alerts — WhatsApp, Email, SMS — for each event type (new quotes, order updates). This can also be configured in the Settings page.
