Dashboard

Your command centre. The dashboard shows real-time KPIs, matched buy leads from buyers who are looking for your products right now, and a quick summary of your wallet balance — all in one place.

Read your KPI cards

The four cards at the top show: Lead Credits (your available balance to reveal buyer contacts), Active Listings (approved products visible to buyers), Profile Views in the last 30 days, and Revealed Leads (total contacts you have unlocked). A drop in Profile Views often signals you need to add more products or improve your listing quality.

Act on Matching Buy Leads

The "Matching Buy Leads" section shows requirements from buyers whose category or keywords match your approved products. These are your highest-conversion opportunities. Click "Browse all" to see the full feed, or click any lead directly to reveal the buyer contact.

Monitor your Wallet

The Wallet Summary on the right shows your current credit balance, total purchased, and total spent. If the balance is low you will see a warning — click "Recharge" before you miss a hot lead. Each contact reveal costs 1 credit.

Use Quick Actions

"Add New Product" takes you straight to the product form. "Browse Buy Leads" opens the full leads feed. "Recharge Credits" opens the wallet recharge flow. Use these to jump to the most important tasks without navigating the sidebar.

Track orders at a glance

Scroll down to see recent orders with their current status. If any order is in "Fulfilled" state, the buyer is waiting for your dispatch — click View to take action.
