Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bael Trade (“BaelTrade”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. BaelTrade is a B2B & B2C marketplace connecting sellers and buyers across India and internationally.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
• Sellers must provide accurate business information (GST, PAN, IEC, Udyam as applicable) for KYC verification.
• Accounts may be created as Buyer or Seller; one entity may hold both roles under separate logins.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Providing false KYC information may result in account suspension or legal action.

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Prohibited items, fraudulent listings, and price manipulation are strictly forbidden.
• Buyer-seller communications and lead contact reveals are subject to platform monitoring for fraud prevention.
• We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Lead credit purchases, order payments, and platform fees are processed via Razorpay. GST-compliant invoices are issued for all chargeable transactions. Platform fees (where applicable, e.g. order processing) are disclosed at the time of transaction. Refunds are governed by our refund policy and processed per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

BaelTrade is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the underlying sale of goods/services between users and disclaim liability for product quality, delivery, or disputes arising directly between buyers and sellers, except as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and IT Act 2000 (Section 79 safe-harbor).

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of dues. You may close your account at any time via Delete Account, subject to settlement of outstanding orders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Grievances may first be raised with our Grievance Officer as required under the IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
