Orders

When you accept a seller's quote, an Order is created. This page tracks every order through its full lifecycle — from the accepted quote to final delivery confirmation. Each order card shows a visual progress stepper so you always know the current stage and what action is needed from you.

Understand the 5 Order Stages

Quoted → the seller sent a quote (waiting for your acceptance). Accepted → you accepted the quote and the order is confirmed. Paid → you have paid and the seller is preparing your shipment. Fulfilled → seller has dispatched the goods. Delivered → you have confirmed receipt and the order is complete.

Pay for an Accepted Order

Once you accept a quote, the order moves to Accepted and awaits payment. You can pay online via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking) or upload a payment receipt if you arranged offline payment (bank transfer, cheque, cash). The seller is notified as soon as payment is confirmed.

Pay Online via Razorpay

Open the order detail, click "Pay Now". You will be redirected to Razorpay's secure checkout. Complete the payment — credits are processed in seconds and the order moves to Paid automatically.

Upload Offline Payment Receipt

If you paid by bank transfer or UPI outside the platform, click "Upload Payment Receipt" on the order. Take a screenshot or scan of your bank receipt, select the file (JPG, PNG, PDF), and click "Mark as Paid". The seller is notified to verify and proceed with dispatch.

Wait for Fulfillment

After payment, the seller will arrange dispatch. When they mark the order as Fulfilled, you receive an in-app notification and the order status changes to Fulfilled on your page. You will also see a blue action banner prompting you to confirm delivery.

Confirm Delivery

Once you physically receive the goods, click "Confirm Delivery" on the order card or order detail page. This closes the order as Delivered and notifies the seller. Do not confirm delivery until you have inspected the goods — once confirmed, it signals acceptance of the fulfilment.

Cancel an Order

You can cancel an order before it is Fulfilled. Go to the order detail and click "Cancel Order". If the order was not yet paid, cancellation is free. If you paid and are cancelling an Accepted order, a 5% cancellation fee is deducted and the rest is refunded.
