Settings

Settings gives you control over your account security, communication preferences, and platform behaviour. Keep your notification settings tuned so you hear about important events without being overwhelmed, and keep your security settings up-to-date to protect your account.

Notification Preferences

For each event type (New Quote Received, Order Update, System Alert), choose which channels send you an alert: In-App (bell badge), Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can mix and match — e.g., receive all events in-app but only critical events (Order Update) via WhatsApp.

Change Password

Go to Account Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, type your new password (min. 8 characters with at least one number and one special character), and confirm. An OTP is sent to your registered phone to verify the change.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA to add an OTP layer to your login. Each time you sign in, an OTP is sent to your registered phone. Recommended if you have active orders or frequent sourcing activity on the account.

Update Phone or Email

Go to Account Security to change your registered phone or email. Both the old and new details receive OTPs to confirm the change — this two-step verification prevents unauthorised account takeovers.

Language Preference

Toggle between English and Hindi using the language switch in the platform header. Your preference is saved to your account and applies across all sessions and devices.
