Quotes

When sellers respond to your buy requirements, their price quotes appear here. This page groups quotes by the requirement they were made against so you can compare all seller responses side by side. You can accept the best quote, reject unsuitable ones, or negotiate a counter-price.

1

Find Quotes for your Requirement

Quotes are grouped by requirement. Each group shows the product name, how many quotes are inside, and a summary of the best price received. Expand a group to see all individual seller quotes with their company name, quoted price, lead time, and any notes they added.

2

Compare Quotes

Within a requirement group, you can see all quotes side by side — seller name, verification status (GST verified, KYC verified), quoted price, lead time, and their notes. Sort by price or lead time to find the best fit for your requirement.

3

Accept a Quote

Click "Accept" on the quote that best matches your requirement. This creates an Order and the seller is notified immediately. Only one quote per requirement can be accepted — all other pending quotes for the same requirement are automatically declined.

4

Reject a Quote

Click "Reject" on any quote you do not want. The seller is notified. Rejecting does not close the requirement — other sellers can still quote and you can still accept a different quote.

5

Negotiate a Counter-price

If a seller's price is close but not quite right, click "Negotiate". Enter your counter-price and an optional message explaining your reasoning (e.g., "Our budget is ₹X based on last quarter's purchase"). The seller receives a notification and can revise their quote.

6

Quote Expires

Each quote has a validity window (typically 7–30 days as set by the seller). If you do not act before expiry, the quote is automatically closed. Check your Quotes page regularly to avoid missing valid offers.
