User Manual
Requirements are the heart of sourcing on this platform. When you post a buy requirement, verified sellers who supply that product are notified and respond with price quotes. This page lets you post new requirements, manage existing ones, edit open requirements, and repost expired ones.
Post a New Requirement
Click "Post New Requirement". Fill in the product name, category (helps match the right sellers faster), requirement type (Retail for small quantity / Wholesale for bulk), quantity and unit of measure, target price range, delivery state, and your preferred contact channel. Add any specific notes — grade, certifications, packaging — in the notes field. Submit and verified sellers are notified instantly.
Sellers Receive Notifications
Within minutes of posting, sellers whose approved products match your category and product keywords receive an in-app and email notification about your requirement. They will review it and send you price quotes through the Quotes section.
Track Requirement Status
Each requirement card shows its status: Open (receiving quotes), Quoted (at least one quote received), Fulfilled (order placed and completed), Expired (30-day window passed), Cancelled (you cancelled it). The quote count badge shows how many sellers have responded.
Edit an Open Requirement
If your requirement has no seller reveals yet, you can edit it — update the quantity, price range, notes, or category. Click "Edit" on the requirement card. Once a seller has revealed your contact from this requirement, editing is locked to prevent unfair changes after a seller has spent a credit.
Cancel a Requirement
If you no longer need the product, click "Cancel" on the requirement card. This closes it immediately and sellers will no longer see it. Cancellation is permanent — you will need to post a new requirement if you change your mind.
Repost an Expired Requirement
If a requirement expired before you found the right supplier, click "Repost" on the expired card. This creates a fresh copy of the requirement with a new 30-day expiry and re-notifies matching sellers.
