Frequently asked questions
How do monthly lead credits work?
Your package adds lead credits to your wallet every 30 days automatically. Credits are used to reveal buyer contact details on matching buy leads — the same wallet your pay-per-lead credits live in. Unused plan credits carry forward for as long as you keep a plan and lapse 30 days after your last plan ends unless you renew. Credits you buy never expire.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?
Yes. Buying a higher plan activates it immediately and replaces your current plan. Our team can help with negotiated upgrades — contact support.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST tax invoice is generated automatically for every package purchase and emailed to you. You can also download it anytime from your subscription page.
What happens when my package expires?
Your account moves back to the Free tier — your listings and data stay safe, but premium benefits (badge, boost, monthly credits) pause until you renew. Unused plan credits stay in your wallet for 30 more days; renew within that time to keep them.
