Analytics

Analytics gives you data-driven insight into how your seller account is performing — profile views over time, which products attract the most enquiries, where your buyers are located, and how efficiently your leads convert to orders. Use this to identify what is working and where to improve.

1

Profile Views Trend

The line chart shows daily profile views over the selected period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days). A rising trend means your visibility is improving — typically driven by new product approvals or buyers searching your category keywords.

2

Top Products by Enquiries

See which of your products generated the most buyer enquiries and lead reveals. Products consistently at the bottom of this list are candidates for better descriptions, images, or price adjustments.

3

India Heatmap

The state-level heatmap shows where your buyers are located. If most enquiries come from Maharashtra and Gujarat, ensure your pricing accounts for logistics to those states. Spot underrepresented states as growth opportunities.

4

Lead Quality Funnel

The funnel shows: Leads Revealed → Quotes Sent → Quotes Accepted → Orders Fulfilled. If you reveal many leads but send few quotes, you may need better follow-up. If quotes are sent but rarely accepted, your pricing may need adjustment.

5

Benchmarking

Your performance metrics are compared against the industry average for sellers in your category. A green indicator means you are outperforming the benchmark; amber/red means there is room to improve.
