Real-time Bell Updates

The bell icon in the header shows a red badge with your unread notification count. This count updates in real-time — when a buyer accepts your quote, the badge increments instantly without needing a page refresh.

Quick-view Dropdown

Click the bell icon to open a dropdown showing your 5 most recent notifications. Click any notification to jump to the relevant page. Click "View all notifications →" to open the full notifications page.

Filter by Type

On the Notifications page, use the filter pills to view only specific notification types: New Lead, Quote Accepted, Quote Rejected, Order Update, Low Credits, or System messages.

Mark as Read

Click any notification card to mark it as read (the blue dot disappears). Or click "Mark all read" at the top right to clear all unread notifications at once. Unread count in the bell resets accordingly.

Act on Notifications

Most notifications are clickable links — "New buy lead" takes you to the Buy Leads page, "Quote accepted" takes you to the Orders page, "Low Credits" takes you to the Wallet page. Use these direct links to act fast.
