Settings

Settings lets you control your account security, notification preferences, and platform preferences — all in one place. Changes here affect how you interact with the platform and how the platform communicates with you.

Notification Preferences

Choose which events trigger notifications and through which channels (In-App, Email, SMS, WhatsApp). For example, you might want new lead alerts via WhatsApp but order updates via email only. Toggle each combination on or off.

Change Password

Go to Account Security → Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password (minimum 8 characters with at least one number and one special character). An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the change.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for an extra layer of security. Each login will require an OTP sent to your registered phone number in addition to your password. Recommended for accounts with high credit balances.

Update Registered Phone / Email

To change your login phone or email, go to Account Security. Both the old and new contact details will receive OTPs that must be verified before the change is applied — this prevents unauthorised account takeovers.

Language & Display Preferences

Switch the platform language between English and Hindi (हिं) using the language toggle in the header. Your preference is saved to your account and applies across all devices.
