User Manual
Every quote you send that gets accepted by a buyer becomes an Order. This page tracks all your orders through their complete lifecycle — from the initial quote to final delivery — and tells you exactly what action is required from you at each stage.
Understand Order Statuses
Quoted → you sent a quote and it is awaiting buyer decision. Accepted → buyer accepted your quote and the order is confirmed. Fulfilled → you have marked the order as dispatched. Delivered → buyer has confirmed receipt. Cancelled → buyer or platform cancelled the order.
Watch for Accepted Orders
When a buyer accepts your quote, the order status moves to "Accepted" and you receive a notification. The banner at the top of the Orders page shows "N accepted order(s) awaiting buyer payment." — click "Show these" to filter.
Wait for Buyer Payment
Once a quote is accepted, the buyer needs to arrange payment — either online via Razorpay or offline by uploading a receipt. You will receive a notification ("Payment received") once this is done. Do not dispatch goods until payment is confirmed.
Dispatch & Mark as Fulfilled
After the buyer pays, dispatch the goods. Then click "View" on the order and click "Mark as Fulfilled". This notifies the buyer that the order has been dispatched and prompts them to confirm delivery. Do not skip this step — it is how the order progresses.
Order Closes on Delivery Confirmation
Once the buyer clicks "Confirm Delivery", the order moves to "Delivered" and is considered complete. You will receive a notification. This status is the final positive outcome — it counts towards your conversion rate.
Handle Cancellations
If a buyer cancels an accepted and paid order, you will be notified and any applicable refund is processed automatically. For disputes, use the complaints section. Cancelled orders with unpaid status have no financial impact on your account.
